Site rules and regulations
1. Leave the site the way you found it (if not better).
a. If permitted to dig, you will be required to refill those positions (including fire pits).
b. You are responsible for removing all trash.
c. You are responsible for making sure that all fires are completely out.
d. You are responsible for stacking all unused firewood.
I. Ashes may be left in place, but large pieces of chard firewood should be stacked along with unused firewood.
e. All personal gear and equipment should be policed up and taken off site.
I. Any gear left on site will become the property Margarets Fancy Homestead and proprietor may do with said gear in any manner he sees fit.

2. Parking is only in the designated parking area east of the farmhouse.
a. Vehicles may drop off gear in the camping area but must withdraw their vehicles once load out is complete.

​3. Use of any structure on the property is by permission only.

4. If not given advance permission by propriety, no individual outside of those working under the proprietor are permitted in any structure.

5. Drugs are expressly prohibited.

6. Alcohol is permitted; however, only those who are 21 years of age and older may consume alcohol. All alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner and only by those staying overnight on site.

7. Potable water is drawn from the west side of the farmhouse. Cleaning water may be drawn from the pumphouse (see map).
a. Please keep spigot off the ground out of courtesy to others.
b. All spigots are generally turned off after the first frost; therefore, during cold weather events you may be required to provide your own water for drinking and washing.

8. All participants must follow both state and Federal firearms laws.
a. All participants with Class III firearms must have accompanying Federal paperwork.

9. Tacticals must be prefixed by a firearms inspection, in which each firearm is inspected for safe operation on the field and that the individual operating the weapon is competent to operate his firearms safely.

10. All ammunition should be inspected to ensure that only blanks are used.

11. All armed combatants must be at least 18 years of age.

​12. Close Quarter Combat is forbidden.

13. Ordnance simulators (grenades, smoke generators, mines, booby traps etc…) must be approved by the Farm Manager or RSO appointed by said farm manager.

14. Indirect fire weapons (i.e. mortars, howitzers, AT guns etc…) must be approved by the Farm Manager or RSO appointed by said farm manager.

15. Tacticals are to be conducted during daylight hours only (0900 to 1800hrs). Any deviation from this must be approved by the Farm Manager.

16. Tacticals may be conducted from Monday to Saturday. No discharging of firearms is permitted on Sunday, as church services are held near the farm.
